Rob Ross

ROB ROSS was born to be a stand-up comic. Or, more accurately, Rob Ross dropped out of university to be a stand-up comic.

Tentatively taking the stage as an awkward and gangly 18 year old, Ross knew stand-up was his destiny/only option. (Now THAT is passion).

Now a veteran touring headliner with many years experience under his belt, he has amassed an impressive list of performing credits; Comedy Now, Comics, Just For Laughs, Halifax Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Open Mike With Mike Bullard, Madly Off In All Directions and many more too numerous (or less impressive) to mention.

Since moving from Alberta to Toronto in 1993, Ross has also found steady work as a television writer. His credits include; Rick Mercer’s Monday Report, Royal Canadian Air Farce, The Geminis, The Junos, The NHL Awards (and many more failed television pilots too depressing to mention.)

Currently he is a creative producer with MTV CANADA.

On stage Ross has a unique style- relaxed yet fast paced. His material is intelligent and original. If you’ve read this far you should probably book him.

Sam Easton

Sam Easton was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. His career started with a bang by winning the Phil Hartman Award and being nominated for both Second City’s Tim Sims Award and a Canadian Comedy Award for best new comic before his 22nd birthday. He’s a regular on the Showtime series "The L Word" as well as the WB series "The Mountain".

His acting skills have been showcased in many movies including Steven Spielberg’s "Taken", "The Butterfly Effect", "Crossed", "The Underclassman", "Decoy’s Rebirth", and most recently he starred as Frankie Cheeks in "Final Destination 3". His one hour comedy Special airs on both CTV and the Comedy Network.

Cedric Newman at Blue MountainTed Morris

Ted Morris always looks like he's having fun on stage. His intelligent, off-beat humour and wickedly charming smile lets us all know that our slightly warped thoughts are just fine.

Born in Ottawa and now making his home in Toronto, Ted discovered his love of stand-up while getting his degree in veterinary medicine. He now splits his time as a small animal vet by day and stand-up comic at night,- although it’s much more gratifying to “kill” on stage.

He’s been called “fresh faced and hilarious” by Now Magazine, and slightly ruder things by strangers in the street. Ted is a writer, producer and all around super guy. He has performed at the “We’re Funny That Way” and London Comedy Festivals, and can be heard around the world on XM Radio. His TV appearances include 2 stand-up specials for Pridevision TV (as both a performer and producer), The Toronto Show, The Comedy Network’s “Canadian Comedy Shorts”, MuchMoreMusic’s Heat Meter, The Smart Woman’s Survival Guide and as a frequently requested pop culture pundit on CityTV’s Breakfast Television.
